Castelli Ultra Rain Cape

The Ultra Rain Cape is a fully waterproof jacket that's stretchy enough to fit over either a jersey or Castelli's range of light Ristretto Technology winter jackets, while still giving a tailored fit. It's also packable, so you can take it on any ride “just in case”.

Made with two-layer stretch, protective fabric, the jacket features a DWR treatment and taped seams to seal water out, as well as a long tail to defend your bib tights from road spray. It also includes reflective detailing, to help keep you safe when clouds darken the sky, and it's windproof at the front and back.

You can feel good wearing this cape, since its treatment is both PFAS and PFC-free, plus it contains recycled fabric and is itself recyclable. It packs into a hidden pocket, so carry it everywhere for extra reassurance that you'll be ready if the weather deteriorates.
